Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: To secure your reservation, please book at least 1-2 weeks in advance, as we tend to get busy quickly. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to ensure your spot and help us prepare for your pet's stay.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Dog Boarding:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled date: 75% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund.

Dog Walking:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled walk: Full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk: 50% refund.
